Rwandan young women, Umurerwa Alliance, Ishimwe Diane and Hategekimana Mukundente Ingride are artists who work together as a team. Their journey started when they were in high school at Ecole d’Art de Nyundo, where they suddenly found that they have many things in common. They decided to unite as one and formed Isheja, an art group exclusively for girls as there are many barriers for girls in becoming successful. After their studies, they have had an opportunity to continue with their ambitions and they work as painters, illustrators, sculptors, designers and poets. Two of them are now studying at University of Rwanda in Huye.
